Yoga isn’t about being flexible, it is about finding opportunity in your body. Learn how yoga can improve not only your flexibility but your overall approach to health and wellness. This class combines yoga poses and introduces breath techniques that will help build stamina, increase strength, improve balance and reduce back pain.
