SNOW MUCH FUN TO BE MINDFUL WORKSHOP

The weather outside is frightful, but mindfulness is so delightful! Join Laura for some fun Winter/Frozen-themed mindfulness activities. In this 45-minute workshop, Laura will introduce you and your preschooler to the basics of mindful breathing through activities, crafts and books. Class will start with a quick winter yoga sequence. We are never too young (or too old) to learn mindfulness as it encourages self-awareness, self-regulation and self confidence. This workshop is for your preschooler (ages 3-6) and one parent/caregiver. Additional tickets can be purchased for each additional child/caregiver from your family to attend (at a reduced price).
