Our prenatal yoga classes incorporate gentle yoga postures, mindful movement, and relaxation techniques. Learn yoga poses that help address the typical discomforts of pregnancy, build stability, and enjoy periods of deep relaxation.
These classes are appropriate for new beginners and also experienced yogis looking to learn specific skill sets to utilize during pregnancy. Students should be in their 2nd or 3rd trimester.
