Be physically & mentally fit for your birth! This unique prenatal fitness class with a holistic approach will help you improve your pelvic floor strength, gain strength & stamina, reduce aches & pains, and practice labor training to get you ready for your big day. These workouts include education about the woman’s body & strategies to make fitness work for you throughout your entire pregnancy. All exercises can be modified and all trimesters are welcome.
