This is not a “get your body back” class but a class focusing on safe postpartum exercises. Learn how to rehab your pelvic floor, retrain your deep core, and perform effective exercises for diastasis recti. Incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunctions and diastasis are all common but this class can help. Even if you do not have any obvious symptoms, all postpartum women can benefit from rehabbing and retraining their muscles and promoting healing. Come join other mamas for a much deserved 50 minutes of self-care, support and safe fitness. Babies are welcome but it is not mandatory.
6 weeks to 12 weeks postpartum.
