Join your child (grades 3-5) for this five-part series of one-hour classes held on Saturdays. These classes will help kids in grades 3-5 develop their own inner super powers! They will learn and practice mindfulness skills of breathing, listening and noticing thoughts and emotions as they participate in body awareness activities. These lessons promote self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-confidence. As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Laura’s desire is to help children become more mindful of their health. In this class, she will incorporate topics around improving sleep and healthy eating habits. Cost for this series includes one child and one parent/guardian. Additional family members can be added by purchasing add-on tickets. Class size is limited.
