Join Jesse via Zoom for Sunday Restorative Yoga! Our culture is built on how productive we can be, how much we can achieve and what we are planning to do next. Restorative yoga can help with balancing a fast paced, on-the-go lifestyle. Restorative yoga provides us with the opportunity to notice where we hold tension and anxiety in our bodies and it can teach us ways to utilize breathing techniques to stimulate our parasympathetic nervous system to “rest and restore”.

You can expect to be in restorative poses for intervals of 10-15 minutes to allow gravity to draw us towards the steadiness of the earth and reset our nervous systems. (Ages 11 yrs and up; teens and adults). Register here and you will receive your Zoom class login information via email. Our prenatal yoga classes incorporate gentle yoga postures, mindful movement, and relaxation techniques. Learn yoga poses that help address the typical discomforts of pregnancy, build stability, and enjoy periods of deep relaxation.
These classes are appropriate for new beginners and also experienced yogis looking to learn specific skill sets to utilize during pregnancy. Students should be in their 2nd or 3rd trimester.

This class provides a great way for your child to unwind after a long day and is especially helpful now as we are all searching for healthy activities that we can do from the safety of our home. In a non-competitive and nurturing environment, your child will practice silly poses, play fun and challenging yoga style games, and explore concepts such as peace, respect, gratitude & acceptance. This class provides a fun filled way to cultivate self-esteem and body awareness. This popular class is now available via Zoom!  Yoga isn’t about being flexible, it’s about finding opportunity in your body. Learn how yoga can improve your overall approach to health and wellness. JEDI MINDFULNESS ACADEMY (K-3rd grade): 2/29/20 (Saturday, 12:30-1:30pm)

May the force be with you as you learn Star Wars-themed mindfulness tools for managing thoughts and emotions. This is a one-hour workshop and each ticket includes entry for one kindergartener through 3rd grader and their caregiver. Additional tickets can be purchased for another child and/or caregiver.

The weather outside is frightful, but mindfulness is so delightful! Join Laura for some fun Winter/Frozen-themed mindfulness activities. In this 45-minute workshop, Laura will introduce you and your preschooler to the basics of mindful breathing through activities, crafts and books. Class will start with a quick winter yoga sequence. We are never too young (or too old) to learn mindfulness as it encourages self-awareness, self-regulation and self confidence. This workshop is for your preschooler (ages 3-6) and one parent/caregiver. Additional tickets can be purchased for each additional child/caregiver from your family to attend (at a reduced price).

CPR/BLS CERTIFICATION: 2/15/20 (Saturday, 9-11am)

February is Heart Awareness Month! What a perfect time to join “CPR Mike” for basic life support training. Participants in this class will receive an American Heart Association BLS card, which is good for two years. This is a great class for new parents, parents-to-be, babysitters, grandparents and medical staff who need to update their training. Class size is limited. This class is for anyone 10 years of age and up.
