Julie Leonard’s mission is to empower and educate moms throughout their pregnancy, birth and postpartum period. She specializes in coaching pregnant and postpartum moms with a focus on pelvic health and core function.
Julie is a Pre and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist and holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University at Buffalo. She was a competitive swimmer at the national level for over 15 years including in college and the Canadian Olympic trials. She now has 3 little ones that keep her on her toes.
Julie’s swimming spurred an interest in health and fitness. After experiencing pregnancy and motherhood she became fascinated with the transformation. Julie believes birth is one of life’s most memorable events. Julie is excited to be teaching a Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness class at SBS Wellness
